Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders within two (2) business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Once your order is processed, it will be delivered using the shipping carrier selected by our team and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your order.

For all packages sent within Canada the delivery costs are as follows:

• One to two items: $10
• Three and more: $18

*Territories are excluded from free shipping*

Local Pick up Policy

After receiving an order with the pick-up option, Easy Crêpe will send you an email to make an appointment. The exact address of the pick up location will be disclosed to you only at the time of making an appointment.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
