Faites-les dorer \u00e0 bon feu dans une po\u00eale contenant le beurre chaud. Ajoutez la cassonade et faites caram\u00e9liser rapidement. Versez petit \u00e0 petit 25 ml d\u2019eau chaude dans la po\u00eale, en m\u00e9langeant doucement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une sauce homog\u00e8ne ; ajoutez la cannelle.
